About Me
My name is Maeghan. I am working on my psychology degree at Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU). In the future, I hope to use my skills to help others gain a better understanding of their mental health. I also hope that I can help animals feel more comfortable in their space.
I have been performing music since I was in fifth grade, and have always loved learning how to play different instruments. The main instrument that I play is the bass clarinet. However, I also know how to play clarinet. I have also taken some piano, guitar, and violin lessons.
Besides performing and listening to music, I also love to write, travel, and create animations. The animations in my portfolio are from my animation course at SNHU. The poems in my portfolio are poems that I wrote in my free time.
Work Experience
I worked for Market Basket as a part-time employee for about 3 years. I was in the check out department for about a year. In the check out department, I assisted customers with product purchases. I eventually switched to the bakery department. I worked in the bakery department for about 2 years. When I was in the bakery department, I assisted customers with product purchases, provided product knowledge to customers, reconciled customer complaints, coached coworkers in assignments to increase productivity and performance in the store, and maintained the restock of products to sustain the needs of customers.
During my time at Market Basket, I occasionally worked for OneailFX as a sales clerk. As a sales clerk for OneailFX, I occasionally dressed up to match the event that was taking place. For example, OneailFX put on a princess tea party. At the tea party event, there were paid actors dressed as Disney characters. I dressed up as Alice from “Alice in Wonderland” for this event. In August of 2021 I started working for OneailFX part-time creating Star Wars credits (Batuu, Imperial, and Republic) out of resign for a little under a year.
